I am a Doctoral Candidate and my research explores the leadership application of positive psychology and motivational leadership to build Organizational Citizenship Behavior and engagement among employees. In many cases a business's largest asset is their people. How they are led and how they subsequently behave and perform can therefore become critical.

Specifically tailored leadership development that is based on empirical research, can offer organisations a new way of gaining and sustaining their competitive advantage in the marketplace.
